Catrin & Deri do their bit for Charity at Heart of Wales Show

On the most beautiful of late summer days in the lovely Cwmtawe

Valley, Mary Evans of the Welsh Springer Spaniel Club of South Wales
with Deri and Catrin,  undertook her first 'miked-up' gundog demo at
the Heart of Wales Show in aid of The British Heart Foundation.

After the demo, children flocked to the WSSCSW gazebo (where several
Welshies were sitting in the shade) and enjoyed stroking them and
cuddling them – the dogs enjoyed it as well!

Mary Evans says, “The demo went very well indeed and people were
really attentive and appreciative (Catrin loves applause and Deri was
on her best behaviour).  My dogs were in really shining coat having
gone back onto CSJ recently;  they're show dogs as well as workers and
I think the extra oil in 'Hi Lost!' makes the difference.”
